Maintenance Plans
Thank you for being a valued customer of Automatic Access Systems, we strive for excellence and want our customers to have their equipment operating at its highest potential constantly; Therefore, we have made a variety of Preventative Maintenance Plans available to our customers. A maintenance plan helps to make sure your operators (and its equipment) are safe, fit for its intended use and operating limits and is sound and serviceable. These plans cover up to 4 operators, an additional $34.92 is added on per operator after four operators.
Our maintenance check list is as follows:
• Clean & lubricate parts.
• Clean operator board. (Free of ants/insects)
• Test radio control range.
• Test limit switches.
• Inspect operator mechanical condition.
• Inspect operator electrical connections.
• Battery voltage
• Condition of all accessory devices
• Belts and brushes
Bronze Plan
175$/yr
These routine maintenance calls are performed ONCE annually on days/times set by Automatic Access.
Report given upon completion.
Platinum Plan
295$/yr
These routine maintenance calls are performed TWICE annually on days/times set by Automatic Access.
Report given upon completion.
Gold Plan
425$/yr
These routine maintenance calls are performed FOUR times annually on days/times set by Automatic
Access. Report given upon completion.
NOT included in any agreement:
– Parts that need to be replaced that are no longer under factory warranty. If any out-of-warranty parts are needed, we will contact you. If you cannot be reached, we will suggest the replacement parts in our report.
– Acts of God (tornados, lightning, rain, etc.), vandalism, vehicle destruction, pest harm, equipment abuse, or other damages out of our control.
